The location is perfect for nature lovers, with beautiful views and great hiking. The estate has a wonderful indoor and outdoor pool. Fun onsite activities like ecotours. Don't miss a visit to the Tata Tea Museum and the Rose Garden.

Functional a double room with verandah giving spectacular views. Lots of food available in the restaurant. Location near to waterfalls and gorgeous flowers and trees and the chilled nature of the place.

superb food

Windermere estate offers fine views of the mountains and valley. We thoroughly enjoyed the interesting walks through the cardamom and tea plantations. The food was superb, and the afternoon tea was a good touch. The service was friendly and excellent.

Loved our reasonably large and neat rooms, plus the staff was super-friendly! Booked a room with verandah giving spectacular views. The breakfast had a wide array of delicious food and drinks. Was a brilliant base for trip.

This place is like a nature lover's paradise! My family enjoyed the onsite hikes and the complimentary guided walk, super fun, especially with the kids. The pool area had good views, perfect for relaxation after a day of adventures.

Recommend it for couples seeking tranquility

The morning I woke up to sip tea on the terrace, surrounded by vibrant flowers and chirping birds was lovely. The naturalist-led walk, where we spotted exotic birds and learned about the tea plantations, added a magical touch to our days.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience felt worth every penny.
